Kingsmen

The Grand Finale Float

Bringing a true taste of New Orleans to the Wiregrass, the final float of the parade invites you to step onto a balcony on historic Bourbon Street. Presiding over the celebration is His Highness, King Kolosse, accompanied by his royal guard—the Kingsmen, known as the Protectors of Frivolity.

From his royal perch, the King proudly reigns over Dothan’s Mardi Gras, offering a joyful proclamation of laughter, community, and good times for all. With generosity and cheer, he shares his signature Golden Coconuts with his loyal subjects, spreading the spirit of festivity throughout the crowd.

This float is a celebration of tradition, imagination, and togetherness—an unforgettable close to a day filled with music, color, and Mardi Gras magic.

All hail the King!
